Centre for Construction and Engineering Technologies (CCET) is recruiting volunteers for their event June 7th.
Date: June 7, 2023 (Wednesday)
Time: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Casa Loma Campus; Volunteers can report duty at E208 at 9:30 AM

Primary duties:
150 grade 7/8 students will be visiting Casa Loma Campus to explore areas related to Skilled Trades. Activities like carpentry, plumbing, electrical, welding will be arranged to for them throughout the day.
Volunteers will act as a group leader to guide a group of 20-25 students and their teachers, navigating them to different activity rooms from the main room and to the main room for lunch and for closing
Facilitator will be in the activity rooms leading the activities and our staff will be around to support the volunteers.
Dress code: Ambassador T-shirts will be provided, comfortable footwear is recommended as there would be a lot of walking in the campus throughout.
Will any food be included for volunteers: Yes. Lunch will be provided.
Is there any specific training required ahead of time or can be done on day off? Specific training is not required, a short briefing will be conducted to volunteers on the day (at 9:30 AM) before the actual event (10:00 AM)
