BSSN (The Black Student Success Network) is looking for 10 volunteers to help out at Legacy In the Making: Celebrating our Graduates, a semi formal event celebrating Black graduates at GBC. You will be responsible for ensuring the evening is a success and enjoying new connections with your peers!
Date: Thursday June 19th
Shift time: 3 - 7 pm Waterfront Campus 2nd Floor Auditorium (event begins at 4 pm)
Duties
- Set up/tear down
- Welcoming guests
- Other duties as assigned
Dress Code: This is a semi-formal event, so we ask that volunteers dress in all black (for example: black button down or tee and black pants). Volunteers are expected to arrive at 3 pm (1hour before the event starts).
Refreshments will be available.
