Join us as we celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPWD), a day dedicated to promoting the rights, well-being, and inclusion of persons with disabilities in all spheres of society.

Time:- 11AM to 5PM
Location:- Waterfront Campus Lobby
Dress Code:- No Special Attire ( Name tags will be provided)
Duties:-
11 AM – 1:30 PM:- Act as ushers at entrance to welcome and direct tabling folks where to set up, direct participants to tabling area, direct speaker and panelists, and participants to main event area closer to 1 PM.
1 PM – 3 PM:- Welcome participants at the main entrance, direct them to the main session area, during the session, assist participants, especially with microphones, seating for those who need assistance.
3 PM – 5 PM:- Direct and assist participants from the main entrance or from the main sessions to the two student sessions, and to assist during the session with microphones or any assistance participants need.
