| Handle dignities | Help coordinate the arrival, seating, and general assistance for dignitaries or special guests attending the event, ensuring their needs are met and they have a pleasant experience. | ||
| VIP lounge | Provide assistance and support in the VIP lounge area, ensuring VIP guests are comfortable, attending to their needs, and maintaining a high level of hospitality. | ||
| monitor booths/ Crowd management | Regularly check on vendor booths to ensure they have everything they need and address any issues that may arise. Monitor the cleanliness of booths and assist with garbage removal to maintain a clean and inviting environment. | ||
| Pickup | Assist vendors with packing up their booths at the end of the event, ensuring that all their belongings are safely packed and ready for transport. | ||
Clothing Requirement: We will provide volunteers with event-specific shirts or attire to ensure a unified and recognizable volunteer team. Further details about clothing requirements and distribution will be communicated to volunteers before the event.
Food for Volunteers: Yes, we will provide meals and refreshments for our dedicated volunteers during the event. We believe in taking care of our volunteers, ensuring they have the energy to contribute to the festival's success.
Volunteer Training: We will provide comprehensive training and orientation one week prior to the event (30 July) and on the day of the event to ensure that all volunteers are equipped with the necessary information and guidance to carry out their assigned tasks effectively.
