Running from June 11 to July 19, 2026, fans from across the city and around the world will be invited to experience the 2026 FIFA Men's World Cup games televised in an inclusive, soccer-forward environment at George Brown Polytechnic’s Waterfront Campus, located at 51 Dockside Drive. Visitors can enjoy every World Cup match in a welcoming, secure, and community-focused atmosphere designed to bring together 2SLGBTQI+ fans, allies, and soccer supporters of all backgrounds. Location: Waterfront Campus, 51 Dockside Drive You will be assigned one fo the following duties when on shift- Duties: High level breakdown of roles and duties (including but not limited to): - Greeter: Greeting people as they arrive, showing them to their table, providing information about the space, potential for support on floor if required.Other duties as assigned. - Floor Staff/Floater (Inside & Patio): Opening and closing the space, bussing and cleaning tables, cleaning duties when required, helping to run food, organizing space throughout shift, resetting space at end of the night.Other duties as assigned. - Merch/Drink & Food Ticket Sales: Selling merch and food/drink tickets (cashless, all digital), taking stock of merch sold, potential to support on floor where required.Other duties as assigned. - Fan Fest: TBD now that it is ticketed.
