How many in total volunteers needed: somewhere between 12-30?
Any trainings provided?: Davor: do you think it’s useful to give them an online 30-minute rundown of the event and reminders to not be homophobic/transphobic?
Food provided to volunteers?: no specific food, but they’re welcome to the catering at the end of the event!
T-shirt or some kind of volunteer clothing?: We can provide Pride t-shirts and hats (optional); otherwise, George Brown/blue tees is fine.
Last day for sign-up: Wednesday May 27th (if we do a quick training on Thursday May 28th? If this timeline is too tight, I can do the training June 1st?)
Name and Email of the Volunteer Lead: Wren Alden (they/them), wren.alden@georgebrown.ca

Brief description of the event:
Kick off Pride at George Brown on Tuesday June 2nd! This high-energy event is your opportunity to celebrate, get connected, and commit to action. Together, we ensure we won’t stop advancing 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion.
The event involves a few different areas around the atrium: a performance and mix and mingle space in the main area, tabling around the edges, a photo booth station, craft area, and board for sharing your commitments to 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusion.
