CALL FOR STUDENT VOLUNTEERS
Student Awards Events | April 27th to May 14th, 2026
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable student volunteers to support our upcoming Student Awards celebrations, taking place across multiple campuses and venues.
Date: Thursday, May 7th
Last date to sign-up - May 5th
Shift Time: 830 AM to 1 PM
Location: Waterfront, Room 237 (2nd floor auditorium)
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Registration support
- Wayfinding and event support
What You’ll Receive:
- Light refreshments provided
- Access to a green room for refreshment and break (where available)
- Volunteer name tag
- Blue T-shirt “volunteer squad” (if you do not have one yet)
Dress Code:
- Blue T-shirt “volunteer squad”
- Black pants
- Closed-toe shoes

Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Registration support (required to bring own laptop)
- Assist with the setup of registration collaterals
- Check in students, donors, guests, faculty, staff
- Distribute badges
- Wayfinding
- Welcome students, donors, and other guests
- Direct students, donors, and other guests to the registration area
- Direct students, donors, and other guests to the awards venue
- Support navigation around campus
- Event support
- Provide logistics support
- Support flow of the event
- Support seat management
