This post consists of Orientation + Week 3 Service Fair volunteer opportunities.
$20 EverythingCard (gift card) will be given to those in good standing, meaning not being late more than 15 minutes without proper notification, and having a 0 no-show on record.
Spring Orientation
• Tuesday, April 28 - St. James Campus
• Wednesday, April 29 - Waterfront Campus
• Thursday, April 30 - Casa Loma Campus
Week 3 Service Fair
• May 26 - St. James Campus
• May 27 - Waterfront Campus
• May 28 - Casa Loma Campus
• June 2 - TMU
For Spring Orientation, we will need volunteers to support the following teams:
Set-Up Team
• Assist with signage placement across campus
• Support balloon setup and general event setup
• Setup tables for service fair
Wayfinding Team
• Welcome students at key entrances
• Direct students to academic orientations, campus tours, and Campus Day activities
• Support navigation around campus
Academic Orientation Team
• Assist with room counts during academic orientation sessions
• Guide students from the Dean’s Welcome to their breakout rooms
• After sessions end, lead students to Campus Day activities
Campus Tour Team
• Lead campus tours throughout the day
• Support tour check-in and coordination at the departure point
