Time of shifts: 10:30AM-1:45PM (primary), 9:30AM-10:45AM (set-up), 1:45PM-2:30PM (take-down)

Location: 300 Adelaide St. E., William Peyton Hubbard Atrium

Duties:

Photo booth (2-4 people)A couple people to take pictures for people, reset the props so they're organized/prevent messes, hype people up!Remind people to tag @gbcollege on InstagramCraft area (2-4 people)Support button-making: let people make whatever button designs they'd like (as long as they're not offensive/against policies), but run the button maker themselves so people don't hurt themselves!Support friendship braceletsAction area (2-3 people)Prompt people to reflect and commit to actions to improve 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusionProvide examples from our listSupport people entering them into the Padlet (i.e., show people the QR code/link, how to hit post)Give people a stamp/sticker for sharing an actionFloaters (up to 8 people)Hand out People Bingo cards (like the Orientation Passport) & collect completed cards for the raffleCheck in and give extra support to tablers, various stationsProvide accessibility supports to anyone needing itBring any urgent concerns to WrenKeep the vibe fun!Set-up (9:30AM start)Decorate space (Balloons!
